“Mine” is a moody alt-pop/rock anthem born out of a deeply personal moment: after a long day at work, DayEyez (Shaun Dayman) stood waiting for a bus and realised he’d only get 30 minutes with his wife before her shift began. That passing thought became the heartbeat of the song — a reflection on the emotional toll of modern schedules pulling loved ones apart.

Driven by atmospheric textures and drums that mimic both a ticking clock and a racing heart, “Mine” builds to a powerful, emotionally-charged chorus about craving time and closeness in a world that rarely allows it.
